Task – Digging and leveling ground for the footings. Marking out the corners of the house structure. Digging down to gain access to the septic tank (top left photo)
The Process – Using the bobcat we dug and leveled the ground. We used the bobcat to dig most of the way to the septic and had to finish it by hand due to sandy ground. Using wooden stakes and bailer twin along with a level and a large handmade square we marked out our corners.
What I thought About it – I enjoyed working in the bobcat but not this much. This area was a great place to ride my bike with lots of small hills and level ground to speed up on.
